Micom’s 25th Anniversary Contest

We’re celebrating the 25th anniversary of Micom Laboratories’ existence, and we want to thank you for your continued support. In recognition of your loyalty, we’re launching an exclusive contest where three lucky winners will have the chance to win special prizes. Please refer to the rules below to participate, and good luck!
Micom’s 25th Anniversary Contest Rules
Participation rules from March 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM to June 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST). Any mention of times in these rules refers to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
1. Contest organizer
The “25th Anniversary of Micom” contest is organized by Micom Laboratories, located at 555 Morgan Blvd Morgan, Baie-D’Urfé, QC, H9X 3T6, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who:
i) are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry into the contest, and if below the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
ii) are neither employees nor representatives nor agents of the contest group entities (defined below), immediate family members of such employees, representatives, or agents, or anyone domiciled with such employees, representatives, or agents (whether related or not); and
iii) have agreed to comply with applicable laws (including, but not limited to, laws regarding defamation and obscenity), to take responsibility for their activities, and not to harass, disrupt, abuse, or infringe upon the privacy rights of others.
3. How to Participate
Method of participation
For each testing program completed at Micom Laboratories Inc. between January 1, 2023 and June 1, 2024, one entry will be automatically recorded for the draw. Each project completed will give you a chance to win one of our three prizes. For example, if you have completed 3 projects with us in the last year, you will have 3 chances to win.
For an additional chance to win
You can fill out an online survey. You will have one extra chance to win.
To DOUBLE your chances of winning
Write a review on Google about our company, and you will have 2 additional chances to win.
4. Contest Period
The “25th Anniversary of Micom” contest runs from March 1, 2024, to June 1, 2024.

For a total approximate value of $1,977.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be sold, transferred, or converted to cash. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
6. Winners Selection
Winners will be randomly selected by the contest organizer located at 555 Morgan Blvd Baie-D’Urfé, QC, H9X 3T6, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, from all eligible entries received during the contest period (the “draw”). Draws will take place on June 3, 2024. Participants don’t need to be present to be selected. You can win only one of the three prizes.
7. Winner Announcement
If you win a prize, we will contact you by phone or email within thirty (30) business days following the draw, using the contact information provided at registration. If you have not provided a phone number or email address, you are not eligible to receive the prize. To be declared a winner, you must correctly and unaidedly answer a regulatory arithmetic question and sign a liability waiver form (the “form”) within seven (7) business days. After verifying the response to the regulatory question and signing the form, you may be declared a winner. The names of the winners will be announced on the organizer’s website and social media.
8. Claiming the Price
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. In case of no response, another winner will be selected.
9. Terms & Conditions
- Micom employees and family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants agree to comply with all contest regulations.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Data Privacy
All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used only for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Applicable Laws
This contest is governed by the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec and Canada.
12. Modification or Cancellation of the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
13. Language of the Rules
The rules are available in French and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.
